Keys responsabilities of the position
Business Development:
·Participate in the formulation and execution of commercial strategies through research and analysis of industry trends.·Proactively identify and engage new clients in the North American market with tailored sales strategies.·Present the company’s commercial offering and collaborate with the technical team to propose customized solutions.·Support growth objectives by identifying opportunities for additional services, contract renewals, and new product offerings for existing accounts.·Provide market insights and contribute to the development of new products through client feedback and sector knowledge.Sales and Account Management:
·Serve as the primary contact for key clients in the manufacturing, services, and defense sectors.·Manage new client accounts, contracts, and partner relationships after acquiring new business.·Ensure effective client interactions and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.·Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM.Cross-functional Collaboration:
·Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical experts, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and clients.·Build commercial proposals with the support of technical, financial, and operational teams.Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE):
·Participate in necessary training to meet the company’s safety and environmental standards.·Actively identify and report QSE issues during client interactions.Candidate Profile:
•Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.•7–10+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics (WMS) or aerospace sectors.•Strong knowledge of the North American market, particularly in the manufacturing, services, and defense sectors.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Self-driven and autonomous•Tenacity and resilience•Customer-oriented•Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.•Willingness to travel as required.
