Position: Business Development Manager+ Project Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Identify and evaluate potential retail store locations to maximize customer footfall.
• Conduct market research to understand customer demographics and preferences.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve retail expansion goals.

2. Project Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of new retail store openings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful store launches.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with internal retail teams to understand store requirements and operational needs.
• Liaise with real estate agents and contractors to manage the interior setup and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

4. Operational Excellence:

• Ensure all new stores meet quality and operational standards.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the store opening process.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance project efficiency.

Educational Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Proven 5-6 years of experience in business development and project management, preferably in the retail sector.
