ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting processes, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.
2. Business Finance Management:
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, interpreting trends, and recommending actions to management.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Costing and Pricing:
- Oversee product costing models to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and business unit leaders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the organization.
5. Financial Controls and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls and compliance framework.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial management.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop talent within the finance team through coaching, training, and career development initiatives.
