Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activity of a Business Unit (Water and metal treatment division), developing and implementing national sales strategy, promoting the corporate goals, and increasing the revenue.
- Active involvement in the proposal of company policies and procedures to improve efficiency and performance.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of performance indicators such as revenue, profit, organizational and strategic goals and objectives, etc.
- Improvement of the sales channel system: reporting, forecasting, and performance: from lead generation to closing
- Analyze and prepare reports relevant to the sales activities of the division to improve the performance indicators of the team, but also encourage the growth of each member.
- Responsible for generating new ideas and sources of revenue through suppliers and products to increase the coordinated business unit.
- Provide strong leadership for the national sales function, setting clear and unified directions for the team
- Develop strong partnerships with the organization’s clients
- Develop annual sales business plans to generate revenue and increase market penetration
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast
- Travel as needed to visit the sales team, and major accounts
- Attend trade fairs and key events
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering – preferably
- Solid experience in the water treatment industry of a minimum 5 years experience in sales management
- Successful experience in building high-performing teams of sales professionals
- Market experience with local water treatment plants
- Strong technical knowledge of raw materials and ingredients, as well as trends and needs of products in the local market of companies
