Over the years, the company has expanded its operations to include research, development, production, and distribution of medicinal, nutritional, and cosmetic products. In Romania, there are three main lines of business, including OTC, Dental Implants, and medical devices focusing on Operating Rooms [OR]. The Opportunity:
- We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in the pharmacy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for advancing healthcare solutions. As a key member of our team, you will drive growth, foster relationships, and inspire our sales team to achieve outstanding results in the Over-the-Counter health products market.
Your Role:
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the sales division for OTC, collaborating closely with the General Manager and Group executives.
- You will not only drive sales but also play a pivotal role in positioning the company as major player in the OTC healthcare market in Romania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration for our product line.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and healthcare stakeholders to maximize market opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure targets are consistently met, and performance is optimized.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, ensuring they meet product knowledge standards and achieve sales objectives.
- Market Insights: Continuously track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify emerging opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Product Availability & Promotions: Oversee product availability and ensure impactful promotional strategies are implemented at retail locations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to tailor campaigns and promotions that resonate with consumers and drive sales.
- Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance
