Business Development Manager - Water Treatment Division

Responsibilities:
- Manage the existing portfolio of customers, executing sales and developing the existing customer database of water operators, all over Romania.
- Identify new opportunities in the market and develop new partnerships.
- Build strategic, long-term partnerships, providing technical advice & support to the customers
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives.
- Fully responsible for the product management and sales tasks dedicated to the role.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering would be a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Advanced English knowledge, both written
- Experience using MS Office and CRM systems.
- Driving license & willingness to travel extensively around the country.
- Results-oriented attitude, capable to identify customer needs and translate them into business plans.
- Relevant working experience in sales of raw materials for waste and drinking water treatment plants, and existing knowledge & network within this market, will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate various aspects of negotiations.
