Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies for the company's employees.
- Conduct regular market analysis of compensation and benefits to maintain the company's competitiveness.
- Participate in the development of employee motivation and performance evaluation systems.
- Collaborate with external service providers in the areas of compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards in internal policies and practices.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current programs and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and maintain compensation and benefits reports.
- Advise managers and employees on compensation packages and benefits.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, HR, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits (C&B), preferably in FMCG or other large companies.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and compensation laws.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in developing motivation programs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
