Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies for the company's employees.
• Conduct regular market analysis of compensation and benefits to maintain the company's competitiveness.
• Participate in the development of employee motivation and performance evaluation systems.
• Collaborate with external service providers in the areas of compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards in internal policies and practices.
• Analyze the effectiveness of current programs and suggest improvements.
• Prepare and maintain compensation and benefits reports.
• Advise managers and employees on compensation packages and benefits.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, HR, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits (C&B), preferably in FMCG or other large companies.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compensation laws.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in developing motivation programs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher.
