Job Description
- Contacting existing clients and potential clients who have expressed interest in our products, gather valuable feedback, and promote our offerings.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' needs and concerns via Call, Email or SMS and maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Prepare presentations or reports as needed. Provide regular updates and address customers’ queries or complaints promptly.
- Conduct research on target markets, industry trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including sales, logistics, production, to ensure a seamless order process and product delivery.
