Job Description
§ Job duties
- Responsible to increase productivity of people inside the company through proper values
- Work closely with different departments in order to promote horizontal collaboration between staff
- Encourage Manager to implement matrix structure to promote development of people
- Encourage Manager to create an environment that could permit to identify top performers
- Put in place a framework of evaluation that will open discussion based on individual competencies and expertize
- Design a cross- department collaborative framework that promotes individual development
- Implement the management of performance inside the company
- Work closely with Head of Department and Directors to implement a recognition program and award for top performer employees
- Work closely with managers, Head of Departments on Employees development plan
- Implement the interim process plan with an emphasis on people promotion
- Encourage horizontal meeting from top management to middle management
- Work closely Manage to implement management of project and Matrix structure
- Promote a collaborative culture inside the company
- Support the top the top management toward the initiatives of change
- Reduce the turnover of employee through motivation of people and their satisfaction
- Put in place a succession plan based on competency and connect with staffing for external expertize needed
- Design policy or framework used internally toward the way to promote personal development
- Drive the strategic change agenda of the company toward career and people management
- Required qualifications.
- 10 years of experience in the banking sector as a Human Resource Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related social sciences, a MBA is an advantage.
