Overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in the Caucasus region with focus on development of our current customers and creation of new potential, which are in line with company strategy,
· Achieving sales targets and market share growth in the country with expected profitability and cost control,
· Development of the sales team in terms of required competencies, performance parameters of work,
· Leading and regular work with all Key Customers in Caucasus region (mostly Distributors) being responsible for their Business Plan, regular status meeting and solving all operational issues referred to orders etc,
· Leading, motivating and managing a high performing team (direct reports and in matrix organisation) with regular field work with subordinates and customers (ca 50% of time)
· Forecasting monthly/quarterly/annual turnover against the budget for Caucasus
· Cooperation with Customer care Department and the Central Marketing Team to expand brand recognition in potentially new distribution and communication channels.
