Key Performance Indicators
- Profitable sales growth in key ecommerce channels
- Strong brand recall, visibility & share of voice at the channels
- Category width, new launch performance and other category-specific objectives
Key Responsibilities
P&L:
- Create & deliver ambitious growth plans on key ecommerce platforms. Overall, in charge of business delivery at these channels.
- Managing and driving results on channel marketing, visibility and consumer promotion budgets, in order to maintain channel profitability
Visibility metrics
- Maintain cataloguing and fill levels to ensure brand is well represented across all categories
- Drive content innovation to improve organic reach
- Participate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key properties
Operational metrics
- Ensure replication across multiple warehouse locations
- Ensure coordinated supply chain functioning to maximise stock availability
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the marketplace teams, internal brand & category teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to brand growth and sales.
People Management
Create a supportive and collaborative environment in which team members are coached, trained and provided with opportunities through development
Experience & Qualification
Mandatory:
- MBA from a reputed college, with minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/ecommerce roles with P&L responsibility
- Prior ecommerce marketplace management experience is a must
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.
- A passion for numbers
- Top notch problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability
- Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders
