Our client is an international FMCG company is looking for a Cief Accountat based in Almaty.

Responsibilities:

Full accounting implementation in 1C and other corporate systems;
Preparation of documents sets for client’s payment based on OPS cases, including electronic versions (AR) in 1C and other corporate systems;
Accepting and registration in 1C and other corporate systems of incoming documents from suppliers (AP);
Uploading/downloading electronic accounts, reconciliation of mutual settlements with counterparties, postal/electronic documents exchange between all offices, branches;
Posting statements in 1C and other corporate systems, preparing AR/AP report for payments, conversions, payments processing, hard currency control rules observation;
Calculation of salaries, vacation pay, sick leave, timesheet maintenance, preparation of advance reports, cash desk, VAT, personal and corporate tax calculations;
Miscellaneous regular reports for MD, HQ, financial and management reports on income / expenses, budgeting process;
Preparation and submission of regular tax, statistics and other reports required by Kazakhstan law.
