Job Description: 

This role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced collaboration and communication solutions based on Cisco technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Cisco Webex, and other related technologies. 

Note-  Every engineer Must have experience in installation, configuration, design as a system integrator,

 Responsibilities: 

Solution Design and Architecture: 

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to design collaboration solutions that meet business needs using Cisco technologies. 

Create technical architecture and design documents outlining the integration of Cisco products and services. 

Implementation and Configuration: 

Deploy, configure, and integrate Cisco collaboration solutions including CUCM, UCCX, Cisco Webex, Cisco TelePresence, and other related products. 

Implement advanced features such as voice and video conferencing, voicemail, call routing, and contact center applications. 

Troubleshooting and Support: 

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Cisco collaboration solutions. 

Provide technical support to end-users, identifying and resolving system and network problems. 

Quality Assurance and Testing: 

Conduct testing of Cisco collaboration solutions to ensure proper functionality, reliability, and adherence to design specifications. 

Perform system upgrades and patches while minimizing disruption to business operations. 

Security and Compliance: 

Implement security best practices to protect communication systems from potential vulnerabilities. 

Ensure solutions meet industry compliance standards and regulations. 

Documentation and Training: 

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including configuration guides, system diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures. 

Provide training to end-users and support teams on using and maintaining Cisco collaboration technologies. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and other teams to integrate collaboration solutions into the overall network infrastructure. 

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
