Our client is a multinational company with a presence in 7 countries, specializing in industrial machinery.
Job Description:
As part of its expansion in Spain, LATAM, and Southern Europe, we are seeking a Sales Agent with a focus on telesales to join the team at the headquarters in Murcia. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with existing and potential new clients in those markets through phone calls, budget follow-ups, and sales execution.
Responsibilities:
Conduct telesales activities to identify and reach out to potential clients in Spanish-speaking markets and Southern Europe.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as expand new clients, providing high-quality service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Follow up on sales opportunities, preparing quotes, and negotiating commercial terms.
Collaborate closely with the external sales team/colleagues at headquarters to ensure smooth communication and cohesive sales strategy.
Stay abreast of market trends and competitors' products and services.
Administration of all aspects related to sales and after-sales, order processing, invoices, credits, and quotations, logistics.
Actively contribute to achieving the sales targets set by the company.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales and a pure commercial sales focus.
Experience or knowledge in industrial machinery will be considered a plus.
Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, or other related fields.
Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Italian will be a plus. Other languages as French or Portuguese are wellcome
Polite, young, and proactive individual, persistent, ability to work autonomously, experience in making phone calls and budget follow-ups. Enthusiasm for building a successful professional career.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
