We are currently seeking candidates for the Director of Commercial position 

We are looking for a strong candidate, ideally single, for a hybrid role that offers both in-office and remote work flexibility.

The compensation package, including salary and benefits, will be determined based on the candidate's experience.

Prior experience working on the island would be a significant advantage. 

The ideal candidate should have a solid international background across various countries or in-depth knowledge of the Maldives market, with proven exposure to revenue management.

Experience in the luxury sector is also essential.
