Design and execute a comprehensive strategy for diverse sales channels, including mass markets and pharmacies.

Drive ambitious sales targets across all channels, ensuring strong performance in Sales In/Out, and Stock in Trade metrics.
- Achieve and sustain operational KPIs by ensuring excellence in forecasting accuracy, distribution and in-trade execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Field Force teams to align efforts on consumption growth initiatives.

- Improving relationships with channel partners
- Oversee programs for key accounts, including the effective management of trade spend budgets.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights and strategies to achieve objectives.
Требования:
- Proficiency in English
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
- Deep understanding of FMCG/CHC markets, with the ability to develop and implement commercial and channel strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in forecasting and data analysis
- Experience in evaluating sales and performance data for channel partners, coupled with the ability to create and execute corrective action plans when needed.
