What you will work towards over the first year?
- In your first 30 days, you'll be gaining a deep understanding of our solutions through a blend of online training and one-on-one sessions. You’ll introduce yourself to key stakeholders across the business (Renewals, Solutions Engineers, etc.) and build your stakeholder map.
- During this period, you’ll also review your pipeline, make initial outreach calls, and start developing the foundation for your success. Expect a hands-on learning experience that will sharpen your skills and set you up for the journey ahead.
- By 60 days, you’ll be forecasting with precision, have a strong grasp of your business area, and have crafted an actionable strategy to drive success across your territories. This is where you’ll start truly influencing outcomes and seeing the impact of your efforts.
- Within 90 days, you'll be in full swing—qualifying new leads, closing your first deals, and becoming fully fluent in our business processes and organizational structure. You’ll confidently start building relationships with key decision-makers.
- By 180 days, you’ll be hitting your quarterly targets and driving large, strategic deals across your territories. Your efforts will drive technological transformation for your clients, working closely with different teams to implement innovative solutions. You’ll become a go-to expert in your area, with clear traction in your pipeline and strategic deals underway.
- By 360 days, you’ll be an integral part of the team, continuously honing your skills and driving year-over-year growth. You'll also be working on your career development, supported by our mentorship program and exploring exciting next steps within the company.

- Lead high-level business conversations with Fortune 500 executives.
- Qualify, negotiate, and close deals with sales cycles ranging from 3-12 months.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and lead quarterly business reviews and large deal evaluations.
- Build a robust pipeline with the right coverage to meet targets.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop large, strategic deals.
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize growth.
- Navigate a matrix environment, working cross-functionally.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technological advancements.
- Share insights during weekly sales training and team meetings to elevate overall performance.
