Job Title: Corporate Events Sales Representative

Job Overview:
The Corporate Events Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing hotel revenues through the management of event and group bookings. This role involves handling client requests, prospecting new clients, and ensuring clear communication between clients and operational departments. The position aims to uphold the high standards of service quality in line with the retreat’s strategy.The Corporate Events Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director and will collaborate with other members of the sales team, including marketing specialists and other sales representatives for hotel services and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management and Event Planning:
- Handle client inquiries for corporate events and group bookings, ensuring all requests are processed according to the retreat’s standards.
- Follow up on requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present the retreat’s offerings to potential clients through meetings, site visits, and events, aligning the offering with the client’s needs.
- Organize events for clients, from initial booking to post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings both at the hotel and client locations to discuss event requirements, special offers, and additional services.

Market Research and Prospecting:
- Actively prospect the market to attract new clients, identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities.
- Research and gather insights into market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to position the retreat as a leader in corporate event hosting.
- Participate in networking events and industry-related functions (corporate parties, product launches, company celebrations, etc.) to enhance brand presence and generate new leads.

Sales and Business Development:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales and Marketing Director.
- Develop and send personalized offers to clients, in line with the retreat’s offerings and standards.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability for the hotel.
- Monitor the success of booked events, gathering feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Internal Communication and Collaboration:
- Ensure clear and accurate communication of client requests and feedback between clients and operational departments (e.g., event staff, catering, accommodations).
- Relay customer feedback to the relevant departments for service improvement and to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns targeting corporate clients.

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, events, and bookings in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Director on sales performance, client engagement, and event outcomes.

Compliance and Company Policies:
- Adhere to the retreat’s policies and procedures regarding client service, communication, and business development.
- Comply with internal regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal obligations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company data, client information, and financial details.

Experience and Education:
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or event management is highly preferred. But you may have no experience at all if can prove great potential and valid skills!
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling corporate clients.
- A degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Other Requirements:
- Fluent in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 3500-4500 RON NET per month
- Bonus: Sales-based bonus structure (after the first 3 months)
