As a Cross-Buy Product Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the user life time value, through improving user engagement and promoting complementary financial products experience on our customer Apps. You role will entail but not limited to creating dynamic slots for showcasing complementary products, driving personalization (through customer 360 ) and data-driven approaches and logic frameworks to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, positioning our app as a go-to solution for financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Journey Mapping & Opportunity Sizing: Understand customer journeys across products and strategize methods and avenues that can improve cross buying across the journeys
2. Slot Design and Development: Create and manage various slots within the app for showcasing additional financial products, ensuring they are visually appealing and strategically positioned to drive user interaction.
3. Personalization Strategy and Insights
o Develop and implement personalization strategies working closely with data science teams to tailor product recommendations based on user behaviour, preferences, and financial goals.
o Collaborate with data scientists to analyse user data and identify trends that inform the logic for product recommendations and slot placements
4. User Experience Optimization: Continuously test and refine slot placements and content to enhance user experience and drive engagement with cross-buying opportunities
5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure that cross-buying slots are integrated seamlessly into the user journey.
6. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of cross-buying slots and personalization efforts, using A/B testing and other methodologies.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies related to cross-buying and personalization to inform your approach.
Experience & Skill Required:
· Experience : 7-10 years of experience, with 5+ years of experience in PM role, past experience in Cross Buy, Upsell, Personalization, Data Modelling will be an advantage
· User-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on understanding user needs and preferences to inform product offerings.
· Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools and experience working with data science models.
· Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to design engaging slots that drive user interaction while aligning with business goals.
· Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
