Our client, a global leader in the development and production of medical solutions is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to act as the primary liaison between the client's company and its current and potential customers. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of effectively resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction in every interaction.
 

Responsibilities:

• Client management - ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Present and demonstrate products in the showroom to potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or email or in person.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Identify and seize opportunities to upsell products when applicable.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Consistently meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in a customer support role.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to situations.
