Client is a mutli-disciplinary firm has more than 45 years of experience in providing services of taxation, assurance, secretarial & legal, corporate finance, asset management, business support, valuations etc. Having Multiple office across India and Middle East.
Role Objective
Cold calling, generating business leads, conducting meetings with Japanese CFO / Directors in the Company, making follow-up and converting leads into business engagement for rendering services to Japanese Companies working in India.
Key Accountabilities
· Responsible for identifying Japanese Companies working in India;
· Approaching to companies by cold-calling with confidence & good communication skills informing about Company, its service offerings and fixing first level of meeting;
· Attend first level of meeting giving brief about Company, its business verticals and service offerings, key features & expertise and explaining how it can provide quality service to their entity;
· Calendar & attend second level of meetings between Company Leaders and prospect companies;
· Achieving monthly / quarterly targets for qualified meetings by making regular follow-up / liaising with the Japanese companies in India along with co-ordination with the people in Head Office located in overseas countries and converting the leads into business engagement;
· Manage client obligations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction after client is engaged in co-ordination with execution team;
· Play an important role between client and execution team for exchange of information, providing clarification and make understand each other about the requirement, expectation & deliverable with regular & proactive approach;
· Schedule and attend conference calls and meetings with the clients to keep them engaged and updated;
· Document sales / business development activities in a timely manner in sales software and maintain database of current and prospective customers;
· Develop, maintain and expand relationship with key decision makers on the client side to enable further business development opportunities;
· Report lead generation activities / opportunities and progress against forecast & targets on regular basis to Head of Department;
· Translating the information / news alerts / updates / presentation material for seminars etc. from English to Japanese language and vice-versa and its circulation to prospective clients.
Candidate Profile:
1. Japanese Native Only
2. Graduate in Sales & Marketing
3. Excellent communication & relationship management skills
4. Fluent in Japanese and English Language (speaking & writing both)
5. Good understanding & experience of marketing skills
6. Business Development experience of minimum 2 years shall be preferred.
