We are looking for a Cyber Security Operations Team Lead to lead our customer-dedicated IT security team, developing strategies, and implementing solutions to keep the systems secure. Your collaboration with IT and operational departments will be crucial in maintaining business continuity, monitoring security incidents, and implementing effective response plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust IT security policies and procedures 
• Deploy and manage security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, EDR, and DLP to safeguard our data
• Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, assigning daily tasks and ensuring skill development through training programs
• Supervise the incident response process, coordinating investigations and overseeing remediation efforts
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations like GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Develop and implement plans to reduce cyber risks and enhance the security posture
• Protect the critical infrastructure by managing the maintenance of disaster recovery plans
• Coordinate and lead the efforts to investigate security breaches, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate the promotion of cybersecurity awareness across the organization by creating and delivering educational programs for employees
• Work closely with IT teams to integrate security measures into all projects and ensure alignment with the organization's strategy

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ideally, relevant studies in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, and/or related roles
• Hands-on experience in three or more of the following areas: Security Operations, Incident Response, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, Security Engineering, Insider Threat Analysis, Digital Forensics, All-Source Intelligence, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Malware Analysis, Network Traffic Analysis, Network Security Management, Cyber Risk Management, Cloud Security, and/or Email Security
• Experience as an effective leader (ideally, coordinating multidisciplinary teams) and people manager
• Competence in creating long-term strategies to reduce risks and enhance security
• Advanced knowledge of network and system security technologies (IDS/IPS, VPN, EDR, SIEM)
• Experience with industry standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations
• A desire to understand and maintain awareness of changes to the cyber threat landscape
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as good priority management.
