 Data Analyst - IBM Planning Analytics - Romania - full remote
 

Department: Group Controlling, IT & Systems
Direct Superior: Group Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements in IBM Planning Analytics.
• Program and develop reports on the company’s data along with reports on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) requirements.
• Provide technical support for ESG reporting across subsidiaries.
• Act as the technical point of contact for ESG reporting topics worldwide.
• Independently handle assigned projects related to ESG.
• Oversee, service, support, maintain, and expand Business Intelligence (BI) systems, including QlikView, QlikSense, and IBM Planning Analytics.
• Record and analyze data/reporting requirements from specialized departments and be responsible for designing appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Informatics, or comparable education/training.
• Proven experience working with IBM Planning Analytics, and ideally SAP BW/BO, and good knowledge of Excel.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques.
• Experience with BI tools and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
• Fluency in English and/or German.
