We are looking for a highly qualified Data Analyst to join the team of a fast-growing jewelry brand. As part of their expansion strategy and industry leadership, this role will be crucial to optimize internal processes, better understand the market, and make strategic decisions based on data.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Trend Analysis:
- Research and analyze emerging trends in fashion and jewelry, combining market data with qualitative insights.
- Conduct competitive studies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align strategies with market demands.
Internal Data Analysis and Management:
- Analyze sales and purchasing data to identify patterns, forecast trends, and evaluate the performance of products and collections.
- Create detailed reports that support decision-making in the marketing, sales, and operations departments.
- Identify areas for improvement in inventory management and recommend actions based on data insights.
Database Construction and Maintenance:
- Design and optimize internal databases to consolidate key information related to sales, inventory, and customers.
- Ensure data cleanliness, quality, and consistency.
- Implement automated solutions to streamline data collection and analysis processes.
Development of Support Tools:
- Design interactive dashboards and visualization tools to provide internal teams with easy access to key information.
- Implement predictive models to forecast demand, optimize campaigns, and improve inventory management.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide analysis to help personalize customer strategies and improve the overall shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles (preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce).
- Advanced proficiency in analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
- Experience using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Ability to work with large datasets and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Availability for on-site work in Fuenlabrada (Madrid).
