We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly technical experienced Data Science Manager to join our trusted partner - a leading service provider with more than 100 offices globally and supports organizations by delivering quality value to their business. The ideal candidate

Your role:

As a Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the clients enhance operational processes and find solutions regarding pricing,  product range and branch optimization, employee staffing for different sectors such as such as retail, financial services, and technology. The team uses machine learning techniques and proprietary models to optimize results that brings more opportunities for the clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Work data for both structured and unstructured data sources
• Work with data for both batch and streaming models
• Work in multinational environment harnessing data to provide results and impact for the clients
• Recommend positive change for their business needs
• Consult clients teams for improving data analyses and models
• Consult clients in order to provide solutions and deliver measurable results and impact
• Manage the analytical process – from choosing the best solution till implementing it
• Manage constructive discussions during the process both internally with the data team and externally with the client
• Manage monitoring, mentoring and coaching the Data Science team
• Develop internal accelerators and prototypes for later use
• Work closely with the Data Science management for business development opportunities

Desired experience, skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience with programme languages Python, R, SQL
• Extensive experience in application of advanced analytical, data science and statistical methods for different sectors
• Extensive knowledge of cloud-based analytics tools such as MS Azure, GCP and AWS
• Good knowledge in machine learning domains: Regression, Classification, Unsupervised, Ensembles, Deep learning
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, people and team-oriented skills
• Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related fields
