Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
- Oversee service delivery for the team and manage project/program execution.
- Handle production support and maintenance activities.
- Ensure stakeholder management and high customer satisfaction.
- Support Project and Delivery Managers in program delivery.
- Ensure team roles are clear and executed effectively.
- Manage costs and budgets, and report project status to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices to maximize team productivity.
- Manage change effectively.
Leadership
- Lead proactively and set a strong example.
- Guide employees to meet productivity, quality, and organizational goals.
- Inspire the team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Leverage industry knowledge to enhance team services.
- Develop and adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Make and implement decisions at the team level as part of Middle Management.
- Organize the team for efficiency and continuous improvement in collaborative processes.
- Consider organizational values, employee skills, past contributions, and development opportunities when delegating tasks.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of project/program delivery in Waterfall/Agile methodologies
- 3+ years of core people management experience
- Managed technical teams of 15+ members
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (analysts, architects, engineers, QA)
- Proven vendor management skills
- Managed teams in a global onsite-offshore model
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship-building
- ITIL knowledge preferred
