Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual business planning with BMs, E-comm, agencies to define clear JTBD, objectives, and media plans.
- Manage relationships with local agencies (Google, Meta, MediaComm, Oliver) and define KPIs.
- Identify new digital opportunities to boost CH’s digital capabilities.
- Guide BMs on optimal digital investments to achieve goals.
- Represent CH ME in regional forums for best practices & new capabilities.
- Collaborate on brand activations, ensuring alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Drive digital transformation and capability building for competitive advantage.
- Lead internal education and customer engagement to maximize sales impact.
Qualifications:
- Digital marketing qualification required.
- 10+ years experience in Digital & Media (Preferably in the Middle East).
- Strong strategic thinking & team player.
- Proven experience in project management & working with agencies (Meta, Google, media agencies).
- Deep knowledge of online marketing concepts and best practices.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, DSPs, ad servers, SA360, social ad platforms, DMPs, and data analytics tools.
- Highly analytical & results-oriented.
