Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 4-8 years of experience in social media marketing, e-campaigns, email marketing, e-commerce marketing, and omnichannel marketing. The ideal candidate will be creative and innovative, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies. Experience in the healthcare and fitness equipment industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and e-commerce.
- Create and optimize marketing/presales collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Manage and execute e-campaigns and email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
- Utilize content management systems and related tools to maintain and update digital content.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media marketing, e-campaigns, email marketing, e-commerce marketing, and omnichannel marketing.
- Proven experience in creating and managing marketing/presales collaterals.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems and related tools.
- Prior experience in the healthcare and fitness equipment industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Mailchimp, etc.
