As COO, you will play a central role in managing and developing the strategic operations of our FinTech company. You will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, overseeing operational teams and ensuring operational excellence to support our rapid growth. You will work closely with the CEO and the Executive Committee to define and execute strategies aligned with our business objectives. Your role will include managing critical projects, continuous improvement of technology platforms, strengthening customer relationships and international expansion. This position requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of financial technologies and the ability to evolve in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
