Key Requirements:

• Proven Leadership Experience: 8-12 years of experience in data science, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience leading teams in a SaaS or consumer-focused product environment is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced statistical modeling. Strong experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, causal modeling, recommendation systems, and personalization techniques.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to define and implement data science strategies that align with business goals and contribute to product differentiation and customer success.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling data science teams, with a focus on mentoring, development, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data pipeline tools is preferred.
• Product & Business Focus: Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver data-driven features and insights that enhance product functionality and improve user engagement.
• A/B Testing Expertise: Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, multi-variate testing, and experimental design, ideally with experience in conversion rate optimization.
