Brief Description/Role Objective: The Director of Operations is a key strategic leader overseeing multiple departments, acting as the General Manager’s right hand and providing leadership in their absence. This role focuses on implementing business strategies that enhance financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency while meeting the brand’s standards and expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Operations Oversight:

- Lead and coordinate daily activities in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other key departments.
- Ensure alignment with corporate service initiatives and brand values.
· Revenue and Profitability Management:

- Review budgets, financial reports, and operational performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in profit margins while maintaining service excellence.
- Optimize resource allocation for long-term capital and service initiatives.
· Guest and Employee Engagement:

- Monitor guest feedback to elevate service standards continuously.
- Foster a culture of fairness and equity among employees, ensuring high satisfaction and productivity.
· Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Spearheaded initiatives that drive occupancy, revenue, and market competitiveness.
