Job Title: Director - Sales (B2B SaaS, Enterprise Sales)
Location: Remote (Bangalore office)

Role Overview:
As a Director of Sales, you will lead our sales team and work closely with the founders to achieve team quotas. You will drive revenue, recruit and train sales professionals, and build strategic relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to US tech buyers.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build playbooks, analyze data, and set OKRs and KRAs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and develop long-term strategic relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report key metrics to the organization.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and understanding of US culture.
- Experience working with C-level executives.
- Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial in a distributed environment.
