Budget Oversight: Plan and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring judicious allocation of resources while meeting revenue and expenditure goals.
Cross-Department Synergies: Facilitate seamless coordination with Operations, Finance, F&B, and other departments to ensure a consistent guest experience and operational synergy.
