Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with a focus on Finance to join our team on an outsourcing basis. This role involves the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the financial modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to analyze business needs and deliver tailored technological solutions. This role is available to candidates based in Warsaw or those eligible to work remotely from within the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead the configuration and deployment of Dynamics 365 F&O financial modules such as general ledger, taxation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, fixed assets, and inventory management.
  • Customize and configure the system to match client-specific requirements.

• Business Analysis and Solution Design:

  • Analyze clients’ financial workflows and propose optimized solutions based on business needs.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations within the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.

• End-User Training and Support:

  • Provide training to end-users on the Dynamics 365 F&O financial modules.
  • Offer post-implementation support to address any technical or functional issues.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation, including user guides and configuration documents.

• Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work with internal project teams and business analysts to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Participate in meetings to ensure effective communication of project requirements and progress.

• System Optimization and Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of the financial system and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Review financial processes and recommend optimizations for system functionality.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O:

  • Solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&O with a focus on financial modules (e.g., general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, taxation, fixed assets, inventory management).
  • Proven track record of implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 F&O financial components.

• Financial Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Experience in a finance-related role is a plus.

• Technical Skills:

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
  • Proficiency in working with Dynamics 365 tools for financial processes.

• Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent English (mandatory), as you will be working daily with teams based in the USA.

• Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Education:

  • Degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O or related modules (preferred but not required).
• Experience with global or multi-national implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O.
