Location: Chennai/Pune/Gurugram

Work Mode: Monday to Friday (2nd and 4th Saturday off, remaining Saturdays WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and improve the development process, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project management and delivery.
• Work closely with the Product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
