They are revamping their entire systems, and building new system from scrtach with latest technologies by growing their engineering team in India with a state-of-the-art global capability center based in Pune.

Engineering Manager Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with 12-15 years of full-stack software development experience to lead a dynamic team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and a minimum of 2-3 years in a people management role. This position is suitable for candidates currently in a tech lead position or those transitioning into management. You will manage a team of engineers, including both developers and testers, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the development of scalable applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering.
- Act as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support to team members while facilitating their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Be adaptable to work with our tech stack, which includes React.js and PHP for the front end, Node.js and PHP LAMP for the back end, and RedshiftDB and Aurora MySQL in AWS.
- Leverage your technical management experience to influence and drive engineering processes and practices.

Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong emphasis on building scalable applications on cloud platforms.
- A minimum of 2-3 years in a people management role; technical management experience is acceptable with some people management exposure.
- Previous experience in a product company is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster teamwork among developers and testers.
