Role: Engineering Manager (Python/Cloud/django & ML/DS)
Location: Hyderabad, India
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience including leadership of individual contributors using Python, Django and AWS; Should have experience of having developed Data Science and Machine Learning solutions
- Experienced software developer with strong technical background and ability to jump in and code alongside the team to share knowledge and efficiencies
- Experience as a leader of a software development team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that ensure clarity
- People and project management skills with good negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience shipping code with different development processes like Agile Scrum
- Passion and drive to create a great culture and work environment for software developers and ML/DS roles
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline; Master's Degree preferred
