We are seeking for a dynamic and autonomous personality to develop european Sales across Europe in commodity polymers (PE, PP, PVC). Home office
- Sourcing & Trading in Polyolefin Products, namely PE, PP & PVC
- Expanding customer portfolio by acquiring and nurturing new customers, driving growth and building lasting relationships
- Own P&L Book; develop and execute strategies to maximize profitability by identifying new market opportunities, optimizing trading practices, and negotiating favourable terms with suppliers and clients
- Achieving sales profitability targets and KPI objectives consistently to contribute effectively to the company’s growth and success
- Extensive analysis of the longer term markets, scenarios and changing fundamentals
- Create and implement innovative solutions to add value, including exploring new business models
- Oversee and optimize logistics processes, including managing daily logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
- Frequent visits to the customers & suppliers
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, providing ongoing training, and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Uphold and promote ethical practices in all aspects, ensuring compliance with industry & international regulations and company policies
