A well-established law firm is seeking an Execution Partner to lead and manage General Corporate & M&A transactions. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and regulatory advisory. The position requires strong execution capabilities and the ability to handle high-value transactions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the execution of M&A, private equity, and corporate restructuring transactions
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing transaction documents, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, and other corporate contracts
• Managing due diligence, regulatory compliance, and deal structuring
• Advising clients on foreign investment regulations, SEBI, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance
• Coordinating with investment bankers, regulators, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution
• Mentoring and managing a team of associates for transaction execution
Requirements:
• LLB is mandatory
• 10+ years of experience in General Corporate & M&A from a reputed law firm
• Strong expertise in transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations
• Proven track record of successfully executing high-value deals
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
