We are recruiting an Executive Assistant / Office Manager for them.

Capellen, Luxembourg
The role :
Reporting to the Managing Director & Founder, you will provide essential
support to the management, assist with their international growth strategy, and
help maintain a positive work environment.

Your Profile
1. Proven experience in a similar role supporting Management & Executives.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to
prioritize tasks.
3. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French,
proficiency in German is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other
relevant software.
5. Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
discretion.
7. Preferred education in Business Administration and Management with a
focus on sustainability or a related field.
