Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Lead a team of export professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to export operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in export management, with a deep understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
