Location: Chongqing city, China

Responsibilities: 

Lead the preparation of the design process, system and specification of the company's exterior decoration products, and independently carry out the design development and technical research of the vehicle exterior decoration

Qualifications:

▪ Education requirements: bachelor degree or above.

▪ Professional requirements: industrial design, vehicle design and other related disciplines.

▪ Working experience: 15 years or more working experience in the leading OEM (the conditions can be appropriately relaxed for those who have working experience in the world-class OEM).

▪ Professional skills: rich experience in automobile exterior design, leading the whole process of three or more vehicle design, excellent drawing understanding ability and model transformation ability; Have good design taste and unique vision, and be able to catch the highlights of the design scheme; Be able to grasp the design trend and pursue new things at the same time.

▪ Language requirements: fluent English communication ability.

▪ Comprehensive quality: lead a team of 15 or more people with work experience, be able to guide young designers and plan optimization, and have a good sense of integration with the team; Have good opinions on team professional development.

▪ Others: Be able to adapt to long-term business travel arrangements.
