As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of four distinct outlets, ensuring the delivery of a highly personalized service experience. This role focuses on improving service standards, enhancing the guest experience, and driving financial results. Your goal will be to elevate the service levels across all outlets, while maximizing operational efficiency and fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
You will:
- Lead the creation and execution of a tailored F&B strategy that aligns with the property’s goals and enhances the guest experience across all outlets.
- Work in collaboration with the General Manager to introduce initiatives such as exclusive promotions, menu changes, and unique dining experiences.
- Be responsible for implementing the service personalization plan assigned to the Food & Beverage departments, conducting regular assessments and interventions.
- Ensure each outlet provides a consistent and exceptional service, reflecting the property's standards and customer expectations.
- Regularly assess guest feedback and satisfaction, taking immediate action to improve any areas of concern and ensure service excellence.
- Uphold high service standards and refine operational processes to exceed customer expectations across all F&B areas.
- Use guest insights and reviews to continuously adapt and improve the guest experience.
- Oversee the F&B budget, ensuring resource allocation supports service excellence while keeping costs in check.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas where adjustments are needed to maximize revenue.
- Ensure efficient inventory and cash control practices, with particular attention to liquor management, in line with company policies.
- Lead the F&B team, fostering a supportive and productive environment that encourages operational efficiency and a guest-first mentality.
- Organize and conduct regular team meetings, shift briefings, and interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet operational demands, and provide feedback to team members to foster ongoing growth.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of team members who align with the company values and have the skills to deliver exceptional service.
- Set clear performance goals for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Create and implement training programs to ensure the team is aligned with brand standards and continuously improving service quality.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within food & beverage operations in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Proven success in driving high levels of guest satisfaction and delivering tailored, personalized service.
- Strong financial management skills with a focus on cost control, budgeting, and driving revenue.
- Experience in high-end dining and fine dining environments is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and optimize operational performance.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalized service.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
