Responsibilities:
Service maintenance activities
- Participating in the on-site assembly and commissioning of delivered equipment, supervising and executing repairs on machinery or subassemblies at the customer’s location;
- The main responsibilities include participating in the assembly and commissioning of equipment, supervising and executing on-site repairs, conducting studies and warranty inspections, adhering to schedules, training client personnel, and storing relevant data in the company database (Salesforce).
- Conducting on-site systematic studies and warranty inspections; performing specific activities in accordance with the established schedule; training client personnel according to a predefined program; storing data related to equipment/machinery/products in the company database.
- Cooperating with the sales department and providing necessary technical support; collaborating with the group factories for: consulting in case of technical and formal issues; developing and preparing new products and the certification process; resolving complaints; preparing spare and ware parts requests in collaboration with sales colleagues.
Team coordination
- Analyzing, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work programs for the service positions in the team and discussing the distribution of activities/projects amongst team members; validating mission orders for the service team.
- Setting individual objectives for each team member together with the Customer service manager and evaluating their performance; supervising the quantitative and qualitative activities performed by team members; providing technical consultancy to the team when requested.
- Involvement in finalizing contractual clauses related to the commissioning of sold equipment; promoting communication and information sharing within the team; representing the team in management meetings; Encouraging professional development of team members; identifying skills and evaluating the development potential of team members; presenting and analyzing, together with each team member, the objectives and necessary means to achieve them; delegating responsibilities, considering the degree of autonomy of each team member.
Reporting and Analysis
- Developing weekly visit plans based on cost efficiency and client visit priorities; preparing periodic reports on service activities; Adhering to imposed deadlines; providing and transmitting data and information to superiors upon request.
- Knowledge of companies and services offered by key competitors in the local market; gathering information on competitor activities, potential projects, and clients in their portfolio; collecting and reporting market information regarding price levels, competitor activities, and market trends.
Communication and Other Activities
- Efficient activity as a team member within the company overall, especially within the regional service team, thus optimizing communication and eliminating the possibility of errors and misunderstandings.
- Cooperating with sales colleagues responsible for certain regions to provide technical support; client-related events support.
- Constantly improving technical knowledge, maintaining an open attitude towards adopting new working methods, and following professional training and development programs as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Crushing and Screening equipment’s is MUST. Candidates without this experience will not be accepted for further steps;
- Engineering degree is a MUST. Leadership and relationship building skills, multitasking advance skills mandatory; openminded, multicultural experience as plus
- Advanced Romanian, English upper-intermediate level both written and spoken, other Balkans languages as a competitive advantage;
- Able to regular international travel when needed
- CRM experienced user; Sales Force knowledge nice to have
- Field service engineer experience not less then 5 years; Field service manager/supervisor experience not less then 3 years;
