Scope of the Role:
- Consolidate production reports from multiple international entities (Germany, Canada, France) and perform centralized analysis.
- Conduct monthly analysis of expenses using Microsoft Project.
- Upload specific documents into a national system as required.

- A proactive, open-minded, and creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Full availability to work on-site (no hybrid or remote options).
- Experience with Microsoft Project is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient application of internal finance processes for foreign subsidiaries.
- Verify that all upcoming invoices are correctly loaded into the accounting software from Germany and that they are registered in the Romanian software.
- Oversee the monthly check and archiving of fiscal declarations and accounting reports from all foreign subsidiaries.
- Prepare a weekly list of invoices to be paid.
- Perform administrative duties related to international business activities.
- Provide monthly analysis of expenses using Microsoft Project.
- Support the drafting of working procedures for external countries.
- Create new reports as needed by the supervisor.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
- Actively seek continuous improvement, enhancing efficiency, and implementing best practices and procedures.
- Upload specific documents into a national system.
- Consolidate production reports from Germany, Canada, and France, and conduct centralized analyses.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Relevant university degree in economics or accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and finance, preferably in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of German is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
