One of the top FMCGs Multiationals is looking to hire a competent Finance Head who will work on maintaining the finances of the organization effectively and increase profitability.
Key Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Business Controlling hands-on experience.
- Experience within MNC is a MUST, preferrably in a FMCG company.
- Exceptional Leadership competency, with minimum of 5 years of experience in people management roles.
- Experience in managing North Africa region is a huge plus.
- Fluent English is a MUST, French is a huge plus.
Key responsibilities:

Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5-year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting.

Providing sound financial support and insights to enable to help in the critical business decisions.

Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy.

Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the organisation and liaising with the external tax firm for specialist advice

Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.

Managing the External Auditor relationship and ensuring the organisation is compliant with accounting standards.

Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions.

Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations.
