This role is critical in driving financial performance, enabling business decisions through insightful analysis, and ensuring robust financial governance. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the GM and lead a growing finance team of 3-4.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Partner with the GM and leadership team to shape and execute financial strategy, drive business performance, and identify commercial opportunities.

• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making and growth.

• Provide financial insight and guidance on pricing, profitability, and cost control initiatives.

• Oversee compliance, audit preparation, tax filings, and internal controls.

• Coach and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience 10 - 15 years in finance, with a strong foundation in both operational and commercial finance.

• Track record of working closely with senior leadership and influencing business outcomes.

• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality – you're comfortable diving into the details when needed.

• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Experience managing small teams and scaling processes as the company grows.

• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
