Responsibilities:
- Operational Control: Monitor and manage the performance of logistics centers.
- Financial Processes and Reporting: Execute financial processes and produce reports within agreed deadlinesand according to required standards.
- Sales Invoicing: Prepare data for sales invoices based on the open-book model, ensuring compliance withcontractual agreements.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee the implementation of annual budgets for the centers.
- Data Analysis and Presentation: Prepare data, presentations, and analyses to support organizational needs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the operations department to prepare reports and developfinancial forecasts and collaborate with the accounting department.
- Risk Identification: Identify business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Process Improvement: Participate in the development of solutions and IT tools to enhance the efficiency of thecontrolling department.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the role of Financial Controller or a similar position.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of VBA is an additional asset); familiarity with MSAccess and MS Power BI is a plus.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial analysis, financial accounting, and managerialaccounting.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English at a minimum of B2 level.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, initiative, commitment, andthe ability to organize and manage own work effectively.
