Brief Description/Role Objective: Lead as the primary strategic business leader of the property, overseeing operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. This role ensures alignment with the brand's goals while driving profitability and market growth.  

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business plans aligned with the property's strategic objectives, maximizing guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share.  

- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.  

- Build and manage a high-performing leadership team through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.  

- Analyse key business data, including market trends, financial reports, and customer satisfaction metrics, to make informed decisions.  

- Foster strong relationships with property owners, local communities, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and enhance brand loyalty.  

- Ensure compliance with operational standards, legal requirements, and brand guidelines through regular audits and quality checks.  

- Drive employee engagement by creating an inclusive and rewarding workplace culture, promoting learning, and celebrating successes.  

- Manage labour, capital, and operating expenses effectively while maintaining service excellence.  

Skillset and Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing full-service or limited-service properties.  

- Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue management.  

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
