Our client is a beauty & cosmetics leader, based in the Netherlands who is looking for a Global Sales Manager (M/F) to manage their existing portfolio of private label clients. Reporting to the Director of the private-label division, the Global Sales Manager will manage the client portfolio that today delivers an annual turnover of 25m€ and has significant growth potential over the coming years.
Using your organisational and account management skills, your market understanding and your ability to identify, negotiate, and drive new product opportunities, you will be expected to further grow the business.
Your positive, human and confident approach together with your strong commercial and account management skills will contribute both to the success of the division and to the company globally.

Location
Our client is based in the Netherlands, but the candidate does not necessarily need to be based there. He/she will be expected to work in a hybrid working environment between the company HQ, company subsidiary offices, domestic and international client offices, and home office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for managing an existing client portfolio of their various beauty brands contract manufacturing.
- Elevate and strengthen existing business relationships, ensure business continuity and expanding into new beauty categories with high-profile clients.
- Liaise with other Company stakeholders, including production, logistics and product/packaging development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of commercial experience in an international capacity, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- A track record in managing various type of private-label contract relationships, including private equity-based companies, luxury brands/retailers and global beauty/cosmetics influencers.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work beyond a traditional 9h-17h schedule.
- A passion for global expansion and acquiring new business ventures.
- Demonstrable ability to thrive with a high-level of autonomy.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of the high-end beauty/fashion industry is advantageous.
